SAFAR ADVENTURE – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    At SAFAR ADVENTURE, we understand that travel plans can change. While we would love to host you on your journey, we also want to make cancellations and rescheduling simple and transparent.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation made before 30 days of departure – 90% Refund
    • Cancellation made within 21–29 days of departure – 75% Refund
    • Cancellation made within 15–19 days of departure – 50% Refund
    • Cancellation made within 14 days of departure – No Refund
    • ✅ Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15–21 working days.
  • How to Cancel Your Booking?
      You can cancel your booking in any of the following ways:
    • Apply online through the Booking History page.
    • Call us at +91 98792 77729 (between 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM, working days).
    • Email us at info@thesafaradventure.com.
  • Rescheduling Policy
      Rescheduling dates within the same trip: 25% of trip charges (subject to availability).
  • Credit Note Policy
      At SAFAR ADVENTURE, we value every traveller and always try to provide the best possible flexibility. In situations where refunds are not possible due to vendor payments, B2B contracts, or unforeseen circumstances, we offer a Credit Note Facility.
  • When Credit Notes Are Issued
      A Credit Note will be issued instead of a refund in the following cases:
    • Force Majeure Events – natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
    • Situations where payments are already made to third-party vendors, airlines, hotels, or transport operators.
    • Special cases approved by SAFAR ADVENTURE management.
  • Validity & Usage
    • Validity: 12 months from the date of issue
    • Redeemable against: Any SAFAR ADVENTURE package (domestic or international), subject to availability.
    • Can be used partially or fully. If package cost exceeds the credit note value, the traveler must pay the balance.
    • Non-redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
    • Credit Notes are non-transferable, except with prior written approval from SAFAR ADVENTURE.
  • Special Conditions
    • Credit Note is issued only once per booking. Second reschedule/cancellation is not eligible.
    • Participants must pay applicable cancellation charges for transport arrangements (flights, trains, buses, etc.) as per third-party policy.
    • If the traveler does not utilize the credit note within its validity period, it will automatically lapse without refund.
    • SAFAR ADVENTURE reserves the right to reject fraudulent or invalid claims.
  • Customer-Friendly Benefits
    • Travelers can redeem credit notes on any future trip (not restricted to the same destination).
    • Reminders will be sent via email/WhatsApp before the credit note expiry.
  • Important Notes
    • All refunds & reschedules are subject to SAFAR ADVENTURE’s management approval.
    • The above policies apply to land arrangements only. Flight, train, or third-party transport bookings follow their respective cancellation policies.
    • In case of group trips, cancellations/reschedules are considered per participant basis.
    • SAFAR ADVENTURE is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or losses caused due to natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or third-party vendor failures.
