What are the cancellation policies at SAFAR ADVENTURE?

  • We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry. Our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
  • Cancellation made before 30 Days – 90% Refund
  • Cancellation made within 21-29 Days – 75% Refund
  • Cancellation made within 15-19 Days – 50% Refund
  • Cancellation made within 14 Days – No Refund
  • If train tickets are involved then the train ticket refund amount from IRCTC will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days. and the remaining amount will be credited to the thrill wallet.
  • Tickets Cancellation Charges + Agent Charges will cost extra Amount paid towards GST will not be refunded (total GST)

How do I cancel if I booked at SAFAR ADVENTURE?

  • Our Cancellation process is very simple. You may apply online to cancel your seat through this page Booking History or call us at 9879277729 between 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM on any working day. Alternatively, you may email us at info@thesafaradventure.com for any assistance.

In which mode my amount will be refunded?

  • If train tickets are involved then the train ticket refund amount from IRCTC will be credited to your bank account 30 days after the trip completion date. and the remaining amount will be credited to given account details.

I want to reschedule my booking for a different date.

  • Rescheduling dates within the same trip – 25% of trip charges. – Subject to availability*
  • In case of any Emergency Reason situation, we are offering an option of Reschedule your Camp in the next 6 months, only for
    1. Academic Curriculum (Sudden Change in Exam Schedule)
    2. Medical Emergency (Any Serious Injury)
  • Rescheduling is possible only before 5 days of the camp departure, In the last 5 days of departure rescheduling is not provided
  • For this, you have to submit valid proof for the same including a Call letter from the University & College ID Proof in case of exams and
  • Medical Certificate with all the respective reports from the Hospitals (Signed by MBBS post or higher authorities) in case of medical emergencies
  • Excluding the above-mentioned reasons, the rescheduling option is not available
  • Also participants will have to pay the cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
  • This option is given only to those who have valid proof available, other participants have to continue their Camp as per schedule.
  • The rescheduling options are offered only to those who would be facing the emergency other friends or colleagues of that camp have to continue as per their schedule.
  • Rescheduling is given only 1 time, for the Second time Rescheduling & Cancellation option is not available
