  • General
    • By booking with SAFAR ADVENTURE, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms & conditions unconditionally.
    • Adventure travel involves risk. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your actions, safety, and belongings during the trip/trek.
    • All the participants have to follow the laws formed by Local Authorities/Governments. In case, if anyone is found a violation of law, the local administration/government may take legal actions. SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be held responsible in such cases.
    • No Refund or Compensation for any unused services / transportation in any circumstance.
    • We value your feedback and aim to provide exceptional travel experiences. If you encounter any issues during your tour/activity, please inform us promptly, either on the tour/activity or shortly after its completion. This allows us to address your concerns promptly and find a satisfactory solution.
    • To ensure a smooth resolution process, we kindly request that you report complaints within a reasonable timeframe after the tour/activity. While we will still do our best to assist with delayed complaints, resolving issues becomes more challenging when reported at a later stage.
    • If necessary, we are open to exploring mediation or alternative dispute resolution methods.
    • For all disputes related to these terms, the governing jurisdiction shall be Bharuch, Gujarat. Any legal proceedings will take place in the appropriate jurisdiction according to the prevailing laws.
  • Booking & Payment
    • A booking will be considered confirmed only after email confirmation from SAFAR ADVENTURE.
    • 50% advance must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be cleared before departure.
    • 100% payment is mandatory before the 21 Days of trip date.
    • In case of non-availability of hotels, similar category accommodation will be provided. Package cost may vary accordingly.
    • All prices are quoted in INR and valid for Indian nationals only, for the dates mentioned.
  • Transportation
    • Transport is arranged as per seat availability. No seat preferences or special services will be entertained.
    • All participants must travel in the designated vehicle(s) throughout the journey. If a participant opts out, SAFAR ADVENTURE is not responsible for any consequences.
    • No smoking, alcohol, or intoxicants are permitted inside the vehicle.
    • Vehicle is provided on a point-to-point basis only, as per the tour plan.
    • Any additional transfers required due to late arrivals, early departures, or separate plans will be charged extra.
  • Accommodation & Meals
    • Rooms/tents are allotted on a twin/triple/quad-sharing basis depending on availability.
    • Participants must check their rooms/tents at check-in and check-out. Any damage/loss will be charged to the participant.
    • Meals are pre-decided by SAFAR ADVENTURE, keeping hygiene and health in mind. No special demands/choices will be entertained.
    • SAFAR ADVENTURE holds no responsibility to provide a detailed breakup of the cost involved in determining package price.
    • Budget hotels/camps may have basic facilities compared to premium properties.
  • Luggage & Personal Belongings
    • Participants are solely responsible for their luggage and valuables.
    • SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, cash, or documents.
    • Luggage loading/unloading must be checked by participants themselves.
  • Health, Safety & Medical
    • Basic first aid is available at camps/treks.
    • In case of medical emergency, the team will assist in contacting the participant’s emergency contact and arrange medical help at the earliest possible.
    • All medical expenses, treatment costs, and transport charges will be borne by the participant.
    • SAFAR ADVENTURE does not provide porters/mules for carrying personal luggage. Participants must carry their own or hire one at their own expense.
    • Trekking requires basic physical fitness. The instructor/guide reserves the right to deny or terminate a participant’s summit/journey if found unfit or unsafe to continue. No refund will be provided in such cases.
    • Pre-existing health conditions or disabilities (mental/physical) must be declared at the time of booking. Failure to do so may lead to termination of participation at the individual’s own expense.
  • Discipline & Code of Conduct
    • Participants must follow all rules, instructions, timings, and codes of conduct set by SAFAR ADVENTURE and local authorities.
    • Misbehavior, arguing with guides/volunteers, abusive language, smoking, alcohol, drugs, or any illegal activity will result in immediate termination without refund.
    • SAFAR ADVENTURE reserves the right to rusticate a participant for indiscipline or actions causing discomfort to others or damage to property.
    • During the trek, participants should follow the rules and technics of the trek and follow the principles of mountaineering. In such cases of disciplinary violation or the participants wishes to leave the camp willingly, SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be held responsible for any further services, return tickets, refunds, etc. Also, SAFAR ADVENTURE is not responsible for your further actions, safety, or any other actions that can affect the locality and jurisdiction.
    • Internal disputes among participants are their sole responsibility.
  • Itinerary, Activities & Force Majeure
    • Itinerary is subject to change/modification depending on weather, political, traffic, or natural conditions.
    • In case of natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or unforeseen events, additional expenses (stay, transport, etc.) must be borne by participants.
    • Any adventure activity (trekking, peak climbing, rafting, etc.) is complementary in nature and may be cancelled due to bad weather or safety reasons. No refund will be provided for the same.
    • SAFAR ADVENTURE does not guarantee that pictures/videos shown in marketing material will exactly match the real-time experience.
  • Liability & Responsibility
    • SAFAR ADVENTURE is not responsible for: injury, illness, accident, or death during the trip.
    • Loss/damage/theft of luggage, documents, or valuables.
    • Changes, delays, or cancellations by airlines, hotels, transport, or other service providers.
    • Participants are expected to be aware of risks associated with adventure travel (wild animals, rough terrains, water bodies, weather conditions, etc.).
    • Trekking, Peak climbing and mountaineering etc. involve an inherent risk to the life and property of both Parties. The change in weather causing injury or any other damage is beyond the control of SAFAR ADVENTURES, we will do our best to reduce all accidents and deficiency in service. During the entire trip it involves different kinds of inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or death. SAFAR ADVENTURE Will not be liable for accident-related damages or expenses.
    • SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be liable for any claims arising from these risks.
  • Documentation
    • Participants must carry valid photo ID proof (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / Aadhaar) in original with photocopies.
    • One additional copy must be submitted to SAFAR ADVENTURE before departure.
    • Failure to provide documents may lead to termination of participation without refund.
  • Media & Marketing
    • By joining the trip, participants consent to being photographed/filmed during activities for social media and marketing purposes. SAFAR ADVENTURE ensures privacy and safety will be respected.
