Transportation is managed as per head seat availability. We will help to adjust, However, we don’t offer any kind of seating preferences or special services.
Train tickets are booked with subject to availability. SAFAR ADVENTURE does not possess a right to change the status for waiting or RAC tickets. However, pre mention of the status will be conveyed to participants while booking tickets.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as getting stuck at a place due to natural calamity, unable to board the transport vehicle on schedule, etc. the expenditure of extra accommodation facilities, new transport arrangements, etc. will have to be borne by the participants themselves. No such responsibility would be on part of SAFAR ADVENTURE
SAFAR ADVENTURE has a pre-decided food menu depending upon the camp hygiene and health. No choices, preferences, or demands from the participants will be entertained.
SAFAR ADVENTURE is not responsible for any health-related issue during the camp, in case the participant skips the food.
Before check-in/check-out, the participant is requested to check his/her room/tents. If any items are found to be damaged/lost/stolen from their room/tents, he/she will be held solely responsible for it and needs to bare the expenditure for the same.
Before boarding the vehicle, the participant needs to check their vehicle seats/windows. In case of damage, he/she must inform the respective volunteer/instructor. If not informed and found damaged the participant needs to pay the repairing cost for the same.
Participants are solely responsible for his/her damage/missing luggage. Checking the luggage before and after loading and unloading shall be done on the end of the respective participant.
If SAFAR ADVENTURE finds any item during the event, that would be registered under store stuff but claiming for the same will require appropriate proof. In any type of disputes would be addressed under Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
All the participants have to follow the laws formed by Local Authorities/Governments. In case, if anyone is found a violation of law, the local administration/government may take legal actions. SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be held responsible in such cases.
SAFAR ADVENTURE provides basic First Aid Facilities all the camps and treks.In the case of a Medical Emergency, SAFAR ADVENTURE will try to contact the emergency contact number provided by the participant. In case the emergency contact person will not respond in time, SAFAR ADVENTURE will act as per the instructions given by the senior-most person available at the camp. The team the try to get the best medical facilities at the earliest, however, the cost of such medical treatment, transport, etc would be borne by the participants.
Any medical expenses for minor/major injury/sickness during the camp would not be borne by SAFAR ADVENTURE. Only an immediate first–aid facility shall be provided.
Participants will be provided with the facility of emergency health service in case no emergency family contact provided by the participant is available but the expense shall not be bear by the SAFAR ADVENTURE.
Participants have to carry their luggage during the trek. SAFAR ADVENTURE does not offer the facility of mules or porters or any carriers. If in case the participant is willing to hire any carrier, they are solely responsible for bearing the charges.
Trainee is solely responsible for any injury or accident (minor/fatal) that taken place during the camp. SAFAR ADVENTURE is not responsible for any such cases/incidence/accidents taken place in the above-mentioned subject. He also understands the risk of wild animals and the dangerous state of water bodies nearby.
Trekking needs basic physical fitness to sustain itself throughout the trek. Instructor/guide has the right to terminate his/her summit in case they suspect any unfit participant.
During the trek, participants should follow the rules and technics of the trek and follow the principles of mountaineering.
If during the trek, the instructor feels unsafe to carry the participant for the further trek, the instructor has the right to take the real-time action needed and can send the participant back for which no refund/return service shall be provided.
Smoking, Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs & Abusive Language are strictly prohibited and if anyone is found to be the suspect in such cases, the participation will be terminated and no further services, return tickets, refunds, etc will be offered.
Being an Adventure Camp and not a leisure tour, we expect a high level of discipline.
All the participants have to follow the camp rules, timings, and code of conduct during the time of camping and travel.
Punctuality must be taken as a serious matter. Participants will have to follow the instructions clearly given by the volunteer/guide, Misbehave/Arguing with the volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues.
In case of violation of disciplinary rules, SAFAR ADVENTURE has all the rights to rusticate a participant or terminate the participation.
In such cases of disciplinary violation or the participants wishes to leave the camp willingly, SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be held responsible for any further services, return tickets, refunds, etc. Also, SAFAR ADVENTURE is not responsible for your further actions, safety, or any other actions that can affect the locality and jurisdiction.
SAFAR ADVENTURE will is not responsible for any type of internal disputes/quarrels among participants.
Trek or trip will only be considered as booked when an email confirmation is given.
If the participant has booked a trek/trip or any kind of other services from SAFAR ADVENTURE, it will be assumed that they have read our entire terms and conditions and are agreed with it unconditionally and unanimously.
All kind of adventure activities are complementary in nature whether or not included in the package thus in case of bad weather conditions or changes in any other factor outside the control of SAFAR ADVENTURE, if any activity gets cancelled then SAFAR ADVENTURE will not liable to provide any kind of refund in any form.
SAFAR ADVENTURE reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip/trek or part of the trip/trek under the circumstances and events that are beyond our control and any cost arising from such circumstances or event shall be borne by the participant if possible then such cost will be intimated in advance or during the trip.
SAFAR ADVENTURE reserves the right to change, modify and update its itinerary concerning prevailing travel conditions and requirements. And if the trek/trip carried on with such changed, updated or modified itinerary then participants are assumed to have agreed to such changes.
SAFAR ADVENTURE holds no responsibility to provide a detailed breakup of the cost involved in determining package price.
Carrying a copy of the e-ticket is mandatory for the trekker/traveller and, SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be held responsible for the scenario if the trekker /traveller fail to do the same. Also, it will be the responsibility of participants to present/themselves to board at transportation medium on time like boarding Buses, Trains, or Flights. SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be responsible with participants fails to do so.
If train tickets, flight tickets, bus or any other mode of transport is involved then, in that case, any kind of charges deducted by the third party has to be borne by the participants and the refund amount will be provided after deducting such cost.
It will be the responsibility of the participants to carry all the mandatory documents in both original and copy. And he/she will also be responsible to submit 1 additional copy of such documents with SAFAR ADVENTURES. If participants fail to do so and such behaviour will release SAFAR ADVENTURE from any kind of consequences that arises from such behaviour.
Any kind of disability of whether mental or physical should be disclosed at the time of booking, of both your as well as of your companions or on whose behalf you are booking the trek/trip.
If the participant fails to provide such disclosure then the SAFAR ADVENTURE reserve all right to immediately terminate his/her trek or trip with full cancellation at his or her sole expense irrespective of the stage of the trip if such individual creates any kind of hazard to any member of the trip/trek.
The trekking capacity of a person differs from person to person and it is not the responsibility of SAFAR ADVENTURE if an individual is unable to cope up with the level of difficulty on a trek. We are not the medical expert hence it will be your responsibility to get any medical advice or vaccination before the trip/ trek.
Trekking, Peak climbing and mountaineering etc involve an inherent risk to the life and property of both Parties. The change in weather causing injury or any other damage is beyond the control of SAFAR ADVENTURES, we will do our best to reduce all accidents and deficiency in service. During the entire trip it involves different kinds of inherent risks. You assume full
responsibility for any injury, illness, or death. SAFAR ADVENTURE Will not be liable for accident-related damages or expenses.
No refund will be provided if the participant leaves the trip/trek after the trek/trip has begun or if any amenity has not been utilized irrespective of the reason.
SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be responsible for any kind of loss of luggage or any other document or item owned by the participant during the trek/trip irrespective of the cause.
In group travel, you are expected to behave in a manner that is acceptable in a group and SAFAR ADVENTURE reserves all right to terminate your trip if your behaviour causes discomfort to the other co-travellers or damage to the property without subject to reason or justification along with the penalty for any kind of damage.
The final decision regarding trek/trip, allocation of accommodation, any other things or any matter affecting the safety or well being of participants is of the group leader/instructor and will be binding on all the participants.
SAFAR ADVENTURE tries its best to provide amenities to participants but it is expected that participants will also have the understanding that trekking is an adventure activity so they might not get such amenities that they are accustomed to, at their home and also expected to possess patience, enthusiasm and preparedness for compromise during the trip/trek.
Adventure travelling involves some degree of personal risk it may be concerning places to be a visit or political, cultural or geographical aspect attached to it, by booking with SAFAR ADVENTURE it is assumed that the participants are aware of the risk involved in the trip/trek and releases SAFAR ADVENTURE from all claims and causes of action arising from such inherent risks.
SAFAR ADVENTURE do not control or operate any airline, hotel, restaurant, tourist attraction, transport, or any other facility or service mentioned in and therefore any changes made in the schedule of such organization will not be made SAFAR ADVENTURE to be answerable.
All the participants are expected to pay the whole package amount before the trip day.
Smoking or drinking or consumption of alcoholic substance e.g. weed, hash, etc. in the transport vehicle is strictly prohibited.
All the participants should be in the same transport vehicle during and throughout the trip/trek. If a participant fails to do the same then SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be responsible for any kind of consequences.
Pictures and other media content used in the website are for marketing purpose only and this doesn’t provide any kind of assurance or guarantee that the pictorial content will be provided during the trek or trip
By participating in this trip, for social Media marketing purpose, you consent to being filmed during trip activities, including enjoying the trip, trekking, and dancing, while we ensure that your privacy and safety are protected at all times.
In case of any hike in the hotel rates, the package cost will be amended accordingly. In case of a change in the train / flight schedule or timing resulting in an amendment to amend the itinerary, the cost, if any, will be advised separately and the same will be paid by the guest.
SAFAR ADVENTURE is presently not holding a hotel for your proposed tour plan. Confirmation is subject to receiving an email from SAFAR ADVENTURE of confirmation.
50% payment to be deposited before

Tourist himself is responsible for carrying, shifting and taking care of their own luggage

Rooms are subject to availability at the time of receiving firm booking.
In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind/quality of hotels will be provided, which can change the above package cost.
100 % advance shall have to be paid before departure out of which 50% has to be paid at the time of booking tour.
If the group members do not arrive or depart with the group, additional transfer charges will be applicable
Quote does not include any meals, which is not specified. In case the same is required, during transfers, sightseeing and day trips, additional will be charged, on actual (if applicable)

Please note Budget Hotels in India are very basic accommodation at most of the places.
In case of any immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applicable in full.
It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card).
SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be responsible for any rescheduling of Flights and Hotel Accommodation for any of the above reasons. The guest will have to make payments on a direct basis However, the SAFAR ADVENTURE team is there to always assist you
All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather /traffic/ political conditions in the mentioned destination. The management has supreme and full authority to alter the itinerary due to any of the mentioned conditions.
SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights/Helicopter by aviation.
Please take care of your personal belongings such as mobile /camera/cash/ credit cards etc. SAFAR ADVENTURE will not be responsible for loss of items.
